This was my lunch today, something I typically make about once or twice a week. 

Ingredients: Tartar, mushrooms, leeks, unions, paprika and half a chili pepper. 
Put the tartar in the pan with some olive oil and bake this for about 6 mins
Cut the vegetables
Add the vegetables in the pan, let this whole thing bake for about another 6 mins. Stir regularly.
