I’m starting my studies at the Open University, trying to get the “Bachelor Informatica”, which is a course about software development. This is going to be a study of a couple of years (about 5 or so), so it’s going to be quite a challenge.

There’s a bit of strategy here. I’m getting older, and someone with an age of 50+ here is less likely to get hired, weather it is like a contractor or like an employee, unless you have some serious education and experience. Experience I’ve got plenty, but education is lacking, so it’s time to do something about that.

Once I complete this course I’ll have the title “Bachelor of Science” (Bsc), and if all goes well, I might even continue and try to get a master degree, but that’s for later.

So back in the books, really looking forward to this 🙂 (No joke, I like to study)
