Monday I took a 3km walk, yesterday (tuesday) a nice trip on the bike. This helped, I’m at 112.8 now. I’ve started to pick up sports again, exercise more and do more training in the early morning after I wake up.
The result is noticeable, now I just need to take it easier on the evening snacks, eat less (I still ate too much yesterday) and leave the whiskey for the time being, and I’ll be under that 100kg in no-time.
But results are results, this isn’t bad for a start.
