Going to move from Tumblr to a self-hosted WordPress website

Soon I’ll move my blog to a new home, a self-hosted website. Some visitors have been complaining about all the advertisements Tumblr puts on these websites and these are totally not necessary.

I have plenty of hosting capacity of my own, and the skills to set something up myself (e.g. https://fietsenmetjeroen.nl is also one of my sites) so no need to stick to a service of Yahoo.
