I’m still at the same weight as before, it is kind-of stable at the moment. This is a good thing, since I have had issues that my weight was getting higher and higher, even though I tried a lot to lose weight.This is one of the most annoying things to get through.
I’ve increased my sports schedule again, going more and more on the bike. The weather is nice, so this is a good thing to take advantage from. Tonight I’ll be biking with a group towards Schiphol, 45km through the south of Amsterdam.
I’ll keep you guys posted, but I think I’ll start to lose some kgs soon.
